OUR STORY

La Dailie is a New Zealand and California-based brand, founded by Kiwi sisters Olivia and Celia, specializing in timeless jewelry that is both modern and classic, designed to elevate the busy woman's everyday wardrobe; and to never go out of style.

A LABOR OF LOVE

La Dailie was inspired by a pair of our Mum's gold hoop earrings that she had from when she was a teenager, that she still wears to this day and that we borrow to wear ourselves.

It got us thinking about the timeless pieces that never go out of style and transcend generations, occasions, seasons and trends.

LESS, BUT BETTER

With a background in fashion and design; I felt increasingly overwhelmed by the constant demand for newness and the speed in which trends come and go.

I felt oversaturated at the amount of brands with 'hundreds of new arrivals' on their website each week.

I craved a brand that focused on simplicity, timelessness, and a curation of pieces that you can invest in and enjoy every day.

I set out to create an evergreen collection of modern classic jewelry styles that I wanted to wear every day and that transcend generations, occasions, seasons and trends.

I hope La Dailie encourages mindful consumption and buying quality over quantity.

MODERN BRIDAL

When I approached my own wedding I couldn’t believe how traditional it all felt. Traditional bridal jewellery didn’t resonate with me; it felt too glam and statement. I craved a brand that celebrated simplicity and timelessness while also feeling modern and fresh. I just wanted to feel like myself!

And so our Ceremony collection was born. We set out to create an evergreen collection of timeless yet modern jewellery styles in the finest precious metals that would be perfect for your big day, whether you want to wear something understated or to stack with more statement pieces, whether you want to gift La Dailie to your special bridesmaids or wear as a wedding guest.

THE LITTLE THINGS

"When I became a new Mom, the little things in my day became the things I looked forward to the most...a walk in the sunshine, buying myself a bunch of flowers at the supermarket, a great cup of coffee in my favorite mug, putting on my favorite hoop earrings with my daily Mom uniform to take my son to the playground..

I became obsessed with finding little daily things to look forward to, and little ways to simplify and enjoy my every day, and so La Dailie was born."

We believe that the biggest luxury in life is slowing down to find joy in the little things.

While big joys may come from significant milestones, achievements, or life-changing events, small joys are found in the simple, everyday moments that make up the fabric of our lives.

Even something as simple as putting on a great pair of hoops; to elevate your everyday outfit can really make your day.

La Dailie is proudly self-funded, owned, and operated by Olivia and Celia. It’s an absolute labour of love, and we pour every ounce of our time, energy, and resources into it.

La Dailie is the culmination of two sisters following their dream of working together across the Pacific to bring joy to your every day.

Celia is based in Auckland, NZ and Olivia is based in Santa Monica, CA
